Week 3 over at Sweet Stampin..Feathered Friends

For this weeks challenge of Feathered Friends I used my fav bird stamp from Penny Black, Chic-a-dee-blossoms and Sentiment Stamp from Su Pocket Silhouettes.

The die cut branch is from sizzix birds n branches extended cuts.

Cardstock...old olive/choc chip both from SU.

Not sure on my layout this time however this is all the paper I had with a hint of pink, looks like a shopping trip is in order !!

Mojo Monday sketch 115

For my creation this week over at http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/ I had a play with my new Greeenhouse Garden SU stamp set a very dear friend gave me . Cut my scallopped nesties and using Versacolour 151 sanded beige and the dark brown from Color box chalks Autumn pastels stamped my flowers. I stamped the inner circle florals using sanded beige and sentiment from Su set never ending Joy. Die cut a oval and stamped sentiment Friend to Friend and added cream bow with stamped floral image n gold bead to finish. Glittered the florals using old gold glitter.

Sweet Stamoin Challenge Blog colour combo

This weeks challenge is to use the colour combo above.

For my card Iused a digi image from Pollycraft It's a Bear thing, and layout from Sketch Saturday. Added flowers from Prima and gems to finish.

Cardstock used was choc chip although this was my last sheet so I was fugle lol and real red and Old olive.

Celebrate..Santa n Dasher arriving on the 25th dec woohooo

Over at http://sweetstampinchallengeblog.blogspot.com/ the challenge theme is Celebrate. So I am celebrating the fact that in less than 30 days Santa is arriving with the help of dasher lol

Stamps used were Joanna sheen vintage stamp setJS04 Christmas Joy and Stampin up Dasher (kindly on loan from a friend).

Die cut my tag using sizzix die cutter large tags and distressed using linen distress ink, stamped the sentiment in same ink and then overstamped with Dasher in Old Olive Su ink pad. I then masked off Dasher and using vintage sepia ink from versafine, stamped Santa image. Added 3 tiny buttons from stash and gold organza ribbon.

Matted a square 6 in card with papers from stash and then stamped the sentiment again and dasher to form my main central matt to which I attached my tag.

You see Emma has had cancer and through it all she has been a inspiration to us all. She has kept on with a smile on her face, and although I only met her once at a class she kindly did at her home, her warmth really shone through. I am so pleased her cancer has been given the all clear and this young woman now can enjoy a perfect christmas with a huge sigh of relief..Well done Emma and may you continue to be free of this horrid desease.

if i am lucky enuff to win this candy then it will be autctioned off on my blog and proceeds to cancer research ..my mom sadly passed away with this when I was young and at xmas time so it holds a special place in my heart where charities are concerned.

Penny Black challenge..Winter Wonderland

It is well known that Penny Black are my upmost favourite stamp company, I absolutley adore their stamps.

For this weeks challange of Winter Wonderland I have altered a small paper brown bag using the caroling mice slap em stamps and xmouse ornament 1873h.

Snowflakes were die cut using my big shot and then glittered with diamond white glitter.

Magnolia and Lavina stamps

I love lavina stamps and this year I bought this tree to specifically use with Tilda and her sled.The snow paper is also from Magnolia. To create I tore some white paper to mimic snowy mounds and stamped the trees at different levels. I stamped Tilda and used pro markers to colour and 3d popped her onto the scene.I then glittered the tres using green glitter and the torn paper in white. Added raffia ribbon with sentiment to finish.
